Sarah E. Guffey Associate Attorney

Sarah E. Guffey is an Associate Attorney at Duvall & Fall, P.C. She has been working at the firm since 2021 on diverse matters involving family law, contracts, estate planning, probate, business law, and general litigation. She received her law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2020 with a focus on Civil Litigation and Human Rights Law.

Sarah E. Guffey is a litigation attorney focusing on the representation of small businesses, employees, and individuals. Prior to joining Duvall & Fall, Sarah practiced in the Federal Courts of the Northern and Southern district representing employees as well as representation of clients in a diverse probate litigation practice throughout the State of Indiana. Sarah has also worked and volunteered at numerous legal nonprofits including Indiana Legal Services and Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic to provide pro-bono legal support for the greater Indianapolis area. She has a passion for client connection that touches on the human experience and meets clients’ needs in competent, concise, and professional ways. In her personal time, Sarah has a passion for advocacy and resource-building with members of the incarcerated and formerly incarcerated community. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two pets.
